Well I am 20 yrs old now and have been using equal, splenda, sweet n low, since i was probably 10. I use it very excessively because i cant hardly taste it if i dont and i put it on everything soup, salad, coffee, burgers etc. I def cant eat sugar(

I dunno... Sugar-free Red Bull tastes wonderful, but I have this only about once a month.

Hi Megan, Welcome back - I stopped using hormones for a while too, not sure of what I wanted. The only thing that changed was that I got bigger boobs after starting hormones again. I thought it was a fairytale but it's not...

Personnaly I stay as far away from artificial sweeteners as I can. Google "Splenda" and see what you find, I did and scared myself away from the stuff. The safest non-sugar, non-artificial sweetener I've found to date is Fructose, made fr
