An all girl AC/DC tribute band: HELL'S BELLES. You might need to turn up your volume on this 'cause the audio isn't that great. After seeing this, I feel okay about playing this stuff. Don't forget to turn your volume back down afterward.

Cool. On a different note, the famous Japanese group Morning Musume sings Aruiteru ("Taking a Walk" in English).

Whitney Houston. I Will Always Love You.

If I should stay,
I would only be in your way.
So I'll go, but I know,
I'll think of you ev'ry step of the way.

And I will always love you,
I will always love you.
You, my darling you...

This is my little homage to an old movie, The Story of Three Loves (1953), which has never been released in DVD. The first love story, "Jealous Lover," has as theme Rachmaninov's 18th variation of "Rhapsody on a Theme by Paganini."

It's a very interesting movie, with the first love story directed by Gottfried Reinhardt and the other two ("Equilibrium" and "Mademoiselle")directed by Vincente Minnelli. I recommend it to fans of Moira Shearer, Leslie Caron or Pier Angeli, the three female leads: they are great in it (although some of the other actors lack). Of course, finding this movie is a challenge now.

Back in the 70's I use to wish I was this female singer cause her music, voice, and looks are so beautiful.. Plus, she was dating the Governor of California too, who was a real cutie \:\)

That's a lovely song Davena. \:\)

I love movies from the 40s and 50s. Unfortunately, most of my favorites have never been released in DVD or VHS, so I can only see them in my memory.

From 1951, the amazing Silvana Mangano in "Anna" (the story of a nun with a past), singing El Negro Zumbón (from Cuban folklore):
