So I went to a Jazz Dance class at this cool little studio in Silverlake last week... It was pretty fun! The instructor was really nice.

I had no idea what I was doing, but everyone kept encouraging me to keep coming and I will pick it up.

I think I might try this like 2 times a week? I was sooo sore afterwards.

Terri, years ago when I took ballet, I wore a leotard top, an some "Danceskin" pants. I have such skinny legs I didn't feel comfortable in tights. This was long before I transitioned.

I ,like, Roxie really enjoy belly dancing. But I think that weighted belt exercise would do me in.

Happy Dancing

I wasn't really sure what to wear. So I just wore a white workout t-shirt w/ a sports bra and some short running shorts.(My normal soccer wear lol) It was fine for me, but all the other women who were there wore Leotard type tops and tight jazz pants.
