Mahatma Ghandi, though a devout Hindu, was widely known to admire Jesus; Ghandi often quoted from the Sermon on the Mount, in fact. Once when the missionary E. Stanley Jones met with Ghandi he asked him, "Mr. Ghandi, though you quote the words of Christ often, why is that you appear to so adamantly reject becoming his follower?"
Ghandi replied, "Oh, I don't reject your Christ. I love your Christ. It's just that so many of you Christians are so unlike your Christ."

Just when I thought this thread was finally dead.

BTW, that's disgusting but I probably did it myself. I try to forget those things.

TPBM also thought this thread had finally died a quiet death.

I was wondering where this one went! I love it because it's one of those threads that will never die. There's always going to be someone who thinks up crazy stuff smile

TPBM has a set of color contact lens.

False.

TPBM is doing something to commemorate the TGDOR.

No, hate is too strong a word. I thought maybe it had just died a natural death and slid off into cyberhell.

TPBM has decided this will be the last time they make a post to this thread forever.

Nah, I'm not the type to go for absolutes.

TPBM spent Christmas with people but would have preferred to be alone.

While I did spend Xmas with my family, which I greatly enjoyed, I do need and value my solitude. I often think I would be happy in a monastery.

My ex gave me a how-to makeup book for xmas so...

TPBM has finally discovered the right foundation for their complexion and now passes effortlessy wherever she goes, and will probably cancel the FFS she had scheduled for this coming spring.

Partially true: I discovered the perfect foundation for me in "Bare Minerals" several years ago. But Even the best makeup is no replacement for a good FFS surgeon smile.

TPBM is glad 2008 is over and looks forward to a better 2009
