The "zapateado" is a very old musical form from Spain. With heavy influence from pasodoble in the music, it's often part of a zarzuela (dancing operetta).
One of the most well-known zapateados is Malagueña (a girl from Málaga, city in Southern Spain). Two versions here:
1) Traditional version, goes back a long, long time and preserves the original speed of the song. By Antonio Aguilar (Mexico) and the boy Joselito (Spain):
2) The modern version made famous in the film Kill Bill 2, accelerated and with less voice play (in traditional zapateado, voice play is a must). By Chingón (Mexican band):

From the excellent film _Requiem for a Dream_ (2000), Clint Mansell's Lux aeterna ("Eternal Light") in the Paul Oakenfold's Remix. A true modern classic, this music in its different versions is often used in movie trailers these days.
