I wonder have there been any studies on skin cancer caused by laser hair removal?
I watched "Rachael Ray" show , yesterday. They had a person on demonstrating laser hair removal. They mentioned that you have to put sunscreen on, before you start a treatment.

You're supposed to put some sunscreen on before because the lighter your skin, the better; and also between treatments, because your skin is left more sensitive to burns and damage.
The laser itself is not supposed to carry energy in the UV region: the usual region for the light used in lasers goes from deep red (670 nm) to the infrarred (the "long wave" lasers, up to 1100 nm). UV goes from ~200 nm to ~400 nm.
That doesn't mean that we won't discover eventually that laser treatments may induce cancer through other means, though. Skin cancer seems to be often produced by UV rays as the result of one of many possible alterations of the DNA (thymine dimerization), but there are others that might be caused by longer wave rays (like lasers used for hair reduction).

I saw a video 2 months ago showing 4 cell phones surrounding 7 or 8 popcorn kernels popped just by calling the cell phones. It only took 4 seconds for those 4 phones to start the corn popping. I'll not be caught with a cell phone next to my head ever again!

Even so I wouldn't use a cell phone unless it's necessary, a matter of life and death. For one, it's rude to be talking to people when you're around other folks. Two, they may cause brain tumors:
