His disciples asked him, "Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?" Jesus answered, "Neither he nor his parents sinned; it is so that the works of God might be made visible through him. " John 9:2-3
Mahatma Ghandi, though a devout Hindu, was widely known to admire Jesus; Ghandi often quoted from the Sermon on the Mount, in fact. Once when the missionary E. Stanley Jones met with Ghandi he asked him, "Mr. Ghandi, though you quote the words of Christ often, why is that you appear to so adamantly reject becoming his follower?" Ghandi replied, "Oh, I don't reject your Christ. I love your Christ. It's just that so many of you Christians are so unlike your Christ."

what about this one then ? there is no viseo for it on you tube however i think of this song often when i think back pre transition and what my then friends did
this song is relevant to me
Nick Heyward - :Take That Situation
How can you take back my pride And shout at me until i hide But what makes me so dumb inside Is waiting for my heart to die
Make me shout Make me shout Content to sin and pour it out Going to Take that situation And do it right, And put it right And do it right , and do it right
Make me shout You`re too Late I let you get back in a state Take my blame and take a break Before you end this sorry state Going to take that situation And do it right. and put it right And do it right, And do it right
I tried and knew that something Was to keep me down It`s all over with the justice Of an empty clown Sadness is the reason I can`t stand out from the crowd I only need a minute to look up and proud
How can we just sit about And not Begin to work it out The trouble is with your old friends Is one who blames and just complains Take that situation And do it right
Come on and shout And Pour it out On a day that left me back in doubt Take my blame and dance and shout 'Cause I'm still saying you make me shout Take that situation And do it right
Take that situation !

How about this one for pre-transtion?
Black Sabbath Paranoid
Finished with my woman 'Cause she couldn't help me with my mind People think I'm insane Because I am frowning all the time
All day long I think of things But nothing seems to satisfy Think I'll lose my mind If I don't find something to pacify
Can you help me Occupy my brain? Oh yeah
I need someone to show me The things in life that I can't find I can't see the things that make true happiness I must be blind
Make a joke and I will sigh And you will laugh and I will cry Happiness I cannot feel And love to me is so unreal
And so as you hear these words Telling you now of my state I tell you to enjoy life I wish I could but it's too late

Heard this song on a portable radio in 1970 while sitting alone on my grandmother's porch in a Pennsylvania steel mill town, looking out over the valley to the coke plants and wire mills below as an endless freight train slowly clanked by. My grandmother never learned English and I never learned Polish...it was surreal, sitting there as the lyrics sunk in...culture divide...great song
I met her in a club down in old Soho Where you drink champagne and it tastes just like cherry-cola [LP version: Coca-Cola] See-oh-el-aye cola She walked up to me and she asked me to dance I asked her her name and in a dark brown voice she said Lola El-oh-el-aye Lola la-la-la-la Lola
Well I'm not the world's most physical guy But when she squeezed me tight she nearly broke my spine Oh my Lola la-la-la-la Lola Well I'm not dumb but I can't understand Why she walked like a woman and talked like a man Oh my Lola la-la-la-la Lola la-la-la-la Lola
Well we drank champagne and danced all night Under electric candlelight She picked me up and sat me on her knee And said dear boy won't you come home with me Well I'm not the world's most passionate guy But when I looked in her eyes well I almost fell for my Lola La-la-la-la Lola la-la-la-la Lola Lola la-la-la-la Lola la-la-la-la Lola I pushed her away I walked to the door I fell to the floor I got down on my knees Then I looked at her and she at me
Well that's the way that I want it to stay And I always want it to be that way for my Lola La-la-la-la Lola Girls will be boys and boys will be girls It's a mixed up muddled up shook up world except for Lola La-la-la-la Lola
Well I left home just a week before And I'd never ever kissed a woman before But Lola smiled and took me by the hand And said dear boy I'm gonna make you a man
Well I'm not the world's most masculine man But I know what I am and I'm glad I'm a man And so is Lola La-la-la-la Lola la-la-la-la Lola Lola la-la-la-la Lola la-la-la-la Lola

by chance i lookes at these lyrics from a song a posted on another thread i think this is relevent ts lyrics
Portishead glory box
I'm so tired of playing, Playing with this bow and arrow, Gonna give my heart away, Leave it to the other girls to play, For I've been a temptress too long.
Hmm just, Give me a reason to love you, Give me a reason to be, A woman, I just wanna be a woman.
From this time, unchained, We’re all looking at a different picture, Through this new frame of mind, A thousand flowers could bloom, Move over, and give us some room.
Yeah, Give me a reason to love you, Give me a reason to be, A woman, I just want to be a woman.
So don't you stop, being a man, Just take a little look from our side when you can, Sow a little tenderness, No matter if you cry.
Give me a reason to love you, Give me a reason to be, A woman, It's all I wanna be is all woman.
For this is the beginning of forever and ever, It's time to move over, So I want to be.
I'm so tired of playing, Playing with this bow and arrow, Gonna give my heart away, Leave it to the other girls to play. For I've been a temptress too long.
Hmm just, Give me a reason to love you.

Leevi and the Leavings - Poika nimeltä Päivi - Boy named Päivi (female name meaning "day")
Mä kerroin kaiken jo kirjeessäin / I told everything already in my letter Jos en lähde niin petän itseäin / If I don't leave I will delude myself Lähdin kiertämään maailmaa / I went to travel around the world Pikkukaupungin kadut mua ahdistaa / The streets of a small town assails me
kertosäe: / refrain: Olin poika nimeltä Päivi / I was a boy named Päivi Enkä tiennyt oonko Roomeo vai Juulia / And I didn't know whether I was Romeo or Juliet Olin poika nimeltä Päivi / I was a boy named Päivi Tahdoin vain suudella sun maalattuja huulia / I wanted only to kiss your painted lips
Unta saanut en iltaisin / I didn't get sleep in the night Aamuun asti mä kattoon tuijotin / I stared at the ceiling till the morning Ihmiset mulle sanoi niin: / The people told me that: Jos et muutu voit joutua helvettiin / If you don't change you will go to hell
kertosäe / refrain:
Antaa ihmisten tuijottaa / Let the people stare at you Vaikka joskus se onkin niin vaikeaa / Even though it is so difficult sometimes Ystävyys meitä yhdistää / The friendship connects us Etäisyys tekee sielussa kipeää / The distance makes the soul sore
