Well, if you're going to interpret the wording that way then this particular lesbian has been "doing very well" for quite some time.

It was a play on words. I thought that you were saying screwed was "had sex" rather than "in bad trouble." The antonym for "in bad trouble" is "doing very well" so I was playing on the words that "doing very well" was "not getting any."

It was a joke, and it's not that funny once it's explained.
