Okay, this is the first I've really paid any attention to this, but I have to say that the before and after pictures are of a guy... If someone had shown me only the before and said boy or girl, I'd have said boy. If they'd said, no, girl, I'd have simply said "Not for long..."
Yes, steroids are big time powerful things, but some of that... Smells kinda fishy to me.
