Everyone has them here, from bankers to bikers.

Tattoos and piercings are super-common here. The 20-somethings who don't have any facial piercing are outnumbered by the ones who do.

I've never been inclined to poking holes in my skin, though.

It's addictive. My tongue is going to be next, then maybe a Monroe.

I thought it was a big deal when I got both my ears pearced.

Did my ears back in 1986. I never have seriously considered any tattoos. Last night I stopped off to see a friend but she was at her next door neighbor's house watching someone get a large tat done on his back. I watched for a while and asked a few questions. Painful and permanent were the most pertinent answers. I'll pass.

The pain is barely worth talking about. I've had skinned knees that hurt more.
Permanent? Nope, they're not.

Deena funny you ask, NO. I was in Berkey for my job and my rental car disapeard.I had my backpack in the trunk with my pasport,GPS,NANO,Camera. The good news most my stuff was found with the car. I have a friend that picked it up yesterday and she is flying down to see her girfriend. I will get to now finish the book and most of my stuff back.
