Alright, who wears one?
How do they work?
Do they actually work?

They're incredibly uncomfortable, and they don't work any better than a control top panty or panty hose. I don't wear one. I tried one several years ago in a previous life, and threw it away after one wearing.

I've been on hormones long enough that there's hardly anything left to "tuck" anyway. Almost any panty will keep things buried.

Just wear a skirt and don't worry about it.

While I was in recovery recently recovering from a heart procedure the nurses and doctors in the recovery room was staring right at my junk and misgendered me... that still feels weird.

I just use pantyhose (cut off the legs) and it works great for me.

Susans has a wiki about tucking and includes instructions on how to make your own! It isn't uncomfortable either (for me at least). I don't have to roll it up tight, though.
