Eating and Boredom is like death and a cemetery: they go hand in hand.
Walk is what one should do. Just get a snack and something to drink and walk. I draw a lot and find myself sometimes drawing and eating for hours. From this I went from 202 to 270+ in no time.
Now, i bike. I also get my art materials and walk to the park and have a small picnic with myself while I draw. The time walking/biking to the park is exercise.
Drink plenty of water. I have lost all of that weight I gained by just walking/bike riding and drinking water. (Of course of cut some stuff out of my my diet).
