You must be as thin as a pencil. 135?? Athletic women I know are like 5'9" and 155. 6'1" 160 (and rail thin). 6'3" 195. These are basketball players. Eat.

I'm 5'0" (that's not a typo) and 135 lbs. Here are two pics, an older one (short hair) and a more recent one (I'm the shortest person in the pic). I think I might qualify as an athletc woman:

My advce is stop using the scale to measure your body. A mirror is a far better guide, unless of course, if people look at my pictures and thihnk I'm fat wink

Mahatma Ghandi, though a devout Hindu, was widely known to admire Jesus; Ghandi often quoted from the Sermon on the Mount, in fact. Once when the missionary E. Stanley Jones met with Ghandi he asked him, "Mr. Ghandi, though you quote the words of Christ often, why is that you appear to so adamantly reject becoming his follower?"
Ghandi replied, "Oh, I don't reject your Christ. I love your Christ. It's just that so many of you Christians are so unlike your Christ."

Yeah,I agree about using the mirror as a guide.(IMO)I think it all depends mostly on the individuals frame size really...a person like me with a small frame at 5'10"/155lbs(which I think is real close to my ideal weight...I was actually 144lbs pre-hrt)may look healthy and ok(I think I do)...whereas someone at the same height/weight with a large frame may have too much bone showing and not be very healthy looking...so yeah,I agree and do use the mirror for myself personally instead of the scale.

I'm only 5'6 but since srs I have stacked the weight on and was warned by my Doctor about weight being a give away. Seems GG's put weight on from tummy down to the groin area where as my weight is just tummy fat. I had a good friend who I hadn't seen for a while also mention the same thing a few weeks ago .... I've lost a few kilo's(pounds) since that fateful day and plan on losing more!

Hi Tracy B,

I wear hills to be 5-11 so don't let it get you down. There are plenty of good looking flats and there are a lot of tall woman out there. If you were 6-11 then you might have to worry but I say throw your shoulders back and stand up strait, tall and proud. Keep in touch Lady ttyl.

I'm well over 6ft,and was worried about height being an issue for me as well. But got over it and just focused on moving forward with my transition.Guys though do love women with long legs. Many times I've worn A mini skirt with sheer nylons, and had several stopping and admiring me as I walked by.

I'm 6'5", 240 lbs. Need to drop about 20lbs. I do wear heels. Get a lot of questions on how tall I am. But have not encounter any problems.

At least around where I live there are a lot of tall women, over 6 feet, I have seen in stores.

My partner's aunt was 6' 3", back in the 1940's.
