To start, case any moderator happens to see this please excuse my monkeying with the display name - wasn't aware that went for approval, so sorry for the spam.
I finally admitted to myself that this is the path I need to be on this year, so take "newbie" seriously. (To really appreciate that statement, I'll tell you I approach life - including the fact that I sat on this part of who I am for a large part of mine - pretty irreverently.
)
I'm looking forward to joining in discussions and generally being myself. The whole thing is still new enough that random memories are still popping up and giving me an opportunity to say "well now that makes a lot of sense..."
