I have a big problem. I have done what I can to alter my appearance to look more femenine, but my face is just too masculine. Nothing I have tried is helping. I've tried makeup, different hair styles, having my eyebrows waxed, getting my nails done, the list goes on. Does anyone have an idea of what I can do to look more like a woman than a man in a dress?

Hmm, good question.

Smile - beyond the basic friendliness factor, this plumps up your cheeks giving you a higher cheekbone appearance which tends to be taken as feminine.

Get a facial and/or moisturize - Softer appearing skin can help and it feels good.

Posture - not your face, but it's one thing that clocks us. Shoulders back, chest out. Shoulders forward tends to give one a male appearance.

Don't 'over-girl' your face. That'll contrast the features you're concerned about, putting focus on them.

On the extreme, facial feminization surgery. Expensive as all hell, but I've seen some great results.

I was in a restuarant the other day. A couple came in , one was definitely male, I wasn't sure about the other. Than I heard her speak, no question female.
You can have all the surgeries, etc. But your voice will tell the tale, so to speak.

Your voice can be your ally. Once you get to the point where you are gendered female on the phone you're in good shape.

His disciples asked him, "Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?"

John 9:2-3

Mahatma Ghandi, though a devout Hindu, was widely known to admire Jesus; Ghandi often quoted from the Sermon on the Mount, in fact. Once when the missionary E. Stanley Jones met with Ghandi he asked him, "Mr. Ghandi, though you quote the words of Christ often, why is that you appear to so adamantly reject becoming his follower?"
Ghandi replied, "Oh, I don't reject your Christ. I love your Christ. It's just that so many of you Christians are so unlike your Christ."

What helped me when I first started was to go to the mall. I went to a make up counter and asked what color of their product looked best on me. I got a lite makeover done. My then wife could not figure what was different at first other then i looked female. The voice and posture are inportant too.
