Well,IMO at least...negatively basing someones worth and ability to contribute(in whatever way) according to their outward appearance/possible disability,or whatever their place in life might be,is not a very productive means of promoting inclusion/freedom/equality to those who may differ from what's considered to be the "norm"(whatever that is???...I myself don't know,and following a herd of sheep isn't my thing,so... )...and I don't like wasting my time/energy on differences...I just accept people the way they are(as long as their not harming anyone,I don't care)...and leave it at that (YMMV of course)
